With their heavy-duty construction, these clamps are built to withstand demanding applications and provide long-lasting performance.

Note: The Carbon Pro Compact Jack features a silver air bleeder valve located just underneath the black lowering lever. This valve has two positions: Lock and Unlock.

While the jack is mounted and in the stored position: Keep the valve in the Lock position.

Fully compress the jack after use and store it in a dry place, away from moisture and water, to prevent the steel piston from rusting.

When you start using the jack: Turn the valve to the Unlock position.

Coating Disclaimer:

Please note that the finish on the jack is not UV-resistant and may fade or discolor if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. The coating is not covered under warranty, as it is considered a cosmetic finish. For best results and to preserve the appearance of your jack, we recommend storing it in a shaded or covered area when not in use. Prolonged exposure to sun and harsh outdoor conditions may accelerate wear on the surface coating.

Air Bleeding Process:

The primary function of this valve is to bleed air from the system. To do this, turn the valve counterclockwise to unlock it, then push the valve down when there is no pressure behind the handle until you hear the air release. It's recommended to bleed the air out of the system every 7 to 8 cranks to allow the jack to equalize properly

Note: The clamp ADAPTER is not included in this kit but can be purchased separately on our website.

 FAQ

Q: What tire size is the CarbonPro Compact MLH 40” best for?
A: The CarbonPro Compact MLH 40” is designed for side-by-sides, UTVs, Jeeps, Broncos, Toyotas, buggies, and full-size off-road rigs running up to 37” tires with a moderate lift. For vehicles on 40” tires or taller, we recommend stepping up to the full-size CarbonPro MLH 48”.

Q: Will this jack work on a Ford Bronco Raptor with 37” tires?
A: Yes. We have tested the Compact MLH 40” on a Ford Bronco Raptor with factory 37” tires and long-travel suspension, using the factory rock slider as the lifting point. It performed very well for that setup.

Q: Is this a good jack for side-by-sides and UTVs?
A: Yes. The compact size, lighter weight, and 4,400 lb lifting capacity make it a great option for UTVs, side-by-sides, trail rigs, and race-style off-road vehicles.

Q: What is the maximum lifting capacity?
A: The CarbonPro Compact MLH 40” has a maximum lifting capacity of 4,400 lb.

Q: What is the lifting range of this jack?
A: The lifting range is 6” to 32.25”. The jack has 13.37” of travel, with a compressed height of 27.1” and an extended height of 40.8”.

Q: How much does the Compact MLH 40” weigh?
A: The jack weighs approximately 19 lb, making it easier to carry and mount compared to larger off-road hydraulic jacks.

Q: What is the difference between the Compact MLH 40” and the full-size MLH 48”?
A: The Compact MLH 40” is shorter and lighter, making it ideal for UTVs, Broncos, Jeeps, Toyotas, buggies, and rigs running up to 37” tires. The full-size MLH 48” offers more height and is the better choice for taller rigs, especially vehicles running 40” tires or larger.

Q: Can I mount this jack horizontally?
A: Yes. The jack has a lockable air bleeder valve, so it can be mounted horizontally when the valve is locked. We recommend horizontal mounting for trips, trail use, weekend runs, or even longer adventures, but for long-term storage, it is best to store the jack upright in a clean, dry place.

Q: What should I do before storing the jack?
A: Make sure the jack is fully compressed, the valve is locked, and the jack is stored in a dry location. Proper storage helps protect the seals, hydraulic system, and carbon handle over time.

Q: Does this version include mounting clamps?
A: Yes. This version includes a pair of heavy-duty mounting clamps designed to securely mount the jack to your vehicle, trailer, cage, or off-road setup.

Q: What fluid does the jack use?
A: The Compact MLH 40” uses hydraulic mineral oil. Fluid capacity is approximately 0.8 quart / 800 ml.

Q: Is this jack only for tire changes?
A: No. It can be used for trail repairs, recovery situations, suspension work, lifting from sliders or strong recovery points, and general off-road use. Always use a safe and solid lifting point and make sure the vehicle is stable before working around it.

Q: Can I use this jack on a heavy full-size truck?
A: It depends on the vehicle weight, lift point, tire size, and setup. The jack is rated to 4,400 lb and works well for many off-road rigs up to 37” tires, but for taller or heavier full-size builds, the MLH 48” may be the better option.

Q: Is the handle real carbon fiber?
A: Yes. The CarbonPro jack features a lightweight real carbon fiber handle construction.

Q: Does the jack lower slowly or does it drop quickly?
A: The jack has fast and slow lowering functions, giving you better control when lowering the vehicle.
